The Construiendo Sueños association began on March 17, 2010 and we were legally constituted on September 12, 2016, with 21 associates, all women.

The object of our association is the collection with good fishing practices of the different mollusks found in our region, such as piangua, sangara and piacuil, and the crab.

We are willing to work on each of the requirements that the EcoGourmet program has for us to strengthen our association.
