What does EcoGourmet do?

Strengthen the value chain of artisanal fishing in Colombia and other Latin American countries, through participatory work with organizations of artisanal fishermen committed to good fishing practices, and with strategic commercial partners who share the concept of responsible purchasing and consumption, promoting the consumer awareness and improvement             of the quality of life of local communities.
